Located on the island of Lefkas, at the north-west side of the island, just after Tsoukalades village and at a distance of less than 700m from the closest beach called “Kaminia”, the Ionion Theasis is a brand new stone made, independent luxury villa with a private pool and jacuzzi and amazing views to the Ionian sea, as its name suggests.
Minimalistic, sophisticated décor and luxurious furnishings are accompanied by all modern comforts. The décor is impressive while also creating the pleasant sensation of simplicity that pervades the interiors. The villa is mainly made of wood, stone and earth tones that are in balance with the surrounding natural environment. Designed exclusively to ensure that your stay will be memorable, this 3-level villa consists of a relaxing living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with individual bathroom on the ground floor, a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor and a second spacious master bedroom with individual bathroom on the basement (pool level). The picturesque environment is completed with the balconies both on the ground floor and on the first floor where you can enjoy your dinner or drink while gazing at the breath-taking view. It can accommodate up to 8 people offering all everyday amenities.
Sit by the pool and enjoy the magnificent views of St John and Lefkas city, views which combine astonishingly the mountain with the sea. Watch the little birds flying around you and listen to their singing. Relax on the sunbeds, listen to the “music” of nature and smell the aroma of Lefkadian countryside, consisting of Mediterranean evergreen trees, conifers and shrubs with special preference to local olive trees and cypresses. Wonder to the steep green slopes and walk on the pebbled beach, accompanied by the sounds of the sea. An unprecedented experience of sounds, colours, smells is waiting for you!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Wir waren vom 26.09. bis 06.10.206 für 10 Tage im Ferienhaus. Selbst am Ende des Urlaubs fanden wir den Ausblick immer noch absolut eindrucksvoll. Sofia, die Gastgeberin, war jederzeit mit Rat und Vorschlägen parat. Um jeden unserer Zusatzwünsche wurde sich prompt gekümmert.
Beautiful home! My only advice is to make a sign to put outside on the road, to make it easier to find the house. And also the upstairs shower has very little water when people downstairs are using the water at the same time. Everything else was great.
Wir fanden die Location sehr schön, die Aussicht war atemberaubend und alle Räumlichkeiten sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Pool sauber und klar, zwar kalt, aber sonst perfekt. Süße mietzekatzen ganz in der Nähe.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick. Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar (1,3km Hinweg bergab 15min, Rückweg bergauf 20min)
Anna war eine tolle Gastgeberin, wir durften sogar schon früher einchecken als ursprünglich angegeben war, sie war immer erreichbar und es wurde zur Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts sogar nochmal die ganze Villa geputzt. Die Villa ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, hat alle Ausstattung die man braucht und der Blick ist einfach atemberaubend schön. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Η Ζαχαρένια που μας περίμενε ηταν πολυ ευγενική και μας υποδέχτηκε πολυ φιλικά.Η βίλα υπέροχη οπως στις φωτογραφίες,στο τραπέζι μας περίμεναν τσουρεκι φρούτα και κόκκινα αυγά λογω Πάσχα. Καφες υπήρχε όλων των ειδών, επίσης στο ψυγείο υπήρχαν αλλαντικα τυριά και ψωμί ,κρασί και νερό εμφιαλωμένο για ενα πρόχειρο γεύμα .Η βίλα έχει ησυχία με θέα στη θάλασσα , μεσα στην φύση . Ο καιρός δεν επέτρεψε να βουτήξουμε στην πισίνα απολαύσαμε όμως ηλιοθεραπεία στις ξαπλώστρες, ευχαριστούμε για τις ωραίες ολιγοήμερες διακοπές.

Ana’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Spotless, beautiful and quiet. Exceeded our expectations. The communication was beyond what we could have wanted. This was our first time in Europe and it was effortless with the help of Ana and Lefkada Rentals. The mini market is 5 minutes away by scooter and the town is about 15 minutes. Best place to stay in Lefkada! 10/10 recommend!!!

We visited the villa with my family of six. The place is very spacious, very quiet and offering an amazing view to the Ionian Sea. Hosts are super easy to talk to, eager to have all your needs met. The kids loved playing in the pool and our vacation was great. Thank you!
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Hanglage ermöglicht diesen traumhaften Blick. Um dahin zu gelangen muss man durch enge Gassen, was teilweise nervenaufreibend ist, wenn einem jemand entgegenkommt. Aber nichts ungewöhnliches auf einer Insel! Den Strand (steinig) erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Min. EinzigerKritikpunkt: die Kissen waren zu hoch. Es standen jedem zwei zur Verfügung, aber es hatten beide die gleiche Stärke.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec nos 3 enfants ! La vue est superbe, et la villa est à proximité (en voiture) de superbes plages. La maison est décorée avec goût et est très bien équipée, la literie est confortable, et la climatisation dans chaque pièce est très efficace. Sofia a été très disponible, et nous a facilité notre arrivée à un horaire tardif. Parfait !

We loved staying here! 4 people for 5 nights, it was just perfect.The house was as described, really clean with all amenities, a very quiet place - sometimes I could hear the waves from my room, plus the host was super friendly as well! There is a wild beach close, but keep in mind that the road is rather steep, you would need a car with a stronger engine. There are restaurants and small shops close by (5 min by car). We spent quite some time in the pool, enjoyed the wonderful view. The only thing that could be improved was the wifi speed, sometimes it was quite slow, but if you have a data plan of your own, it shouldn't be an issue! Overall was an amazing stay, maybe the best airbnb we've ever been to, thank you so much!

Beautiful spot, wonderful space for 6 persons ideal. The open plan lounge means extra guests in lounge share top bedroom space . Host very quick to respond and help with anything needed .
We liked the short time we spent in the villa: it is not big but excellent organized; Moreover, under the new circumstances (C-19) we felt very safe as Sophia took care of every single detail.

This property is in a unique location, overlooking the ocean. It’s about 15 minutes away from Lefkada town, so you can get down to the main square pretty quickly. There were 4 of us but it could definitely fit 6. The bedroom upstairs is an open floor plan, so it’s not as private as the other two bedrooms. It wasn’t an issue for us, though. Would recommend if you’re looking for a serene, quiet getaway.”
