Located on the island of Lefkas, at the north-west side of the island, just after Tsoukalades village and at a distance of less than 700m from the closest beach called “Kaminia”, the Ionion Theasis is a brand new stone made, independent luxury villa with a private pool and jacuzzi and amazing views to the Ionian sea, as its name suggests.

Minimalistic, sophisticated décor and luxurious furnishings are accompanied by all modern comforts. The décor is impressive while also creating the pleasant sensation of simplicity that pervades the interiors. The villa is mainly made of wood, stone and earth tones that are in balance with the surrounding natural environment. Designed exclusively to ensure that your stay will be memorable, this 3-level villa consists of a relaxing living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with individual bathroom on the ground floor, a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor and a second spacious master bedroom with individual bathroom on the basement (pool level). The picturesque environment is completed with the balconies both on the ground floor and on the first floor where you can enjoy your dinner or drink while gazing at the breath-taking view. It can accommodate up to 8 people offering all everyday amenities.

NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

COVID SECURED CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of a travel restriction like canceled/grounded flight, closed borders or positive test results and by providing the corresponding proof, we are able to provide you a voucher. The voucher will be of equal value to any amount paid to us, that will be valid for the following 18 months, so as to rebook your vacation with us!
