Hotel Apartment in Poros Beach (Apartment)

Our Apartment is the largest room type in our property (44-62 sq.m). It comes with 2 separate bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, a living-room and extra wc. It is ideal for large families or groups of 5 persons. The bedrooms are equipped with king-size double beds and also sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons. There is a fully equipped kitchenette. Apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. They have a balcony with a wonderful view of our garden, which is full of trees and flowers, and also the seaside.
We take daily care of our rooms and change towels every day and bedsheets 3 times/week.
Our Seaside Resort is a 3 star hotel situated exactly in front of the wonderful beach of Poros.
We offer breakfast, meals, snacks and drinks a la carte and we also have available umbrellas and sunlounges at the beach in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a private parking area, in a distance of 200m from the hotel facilities. Parking is free for the guests of the hotel. The parking area is open 24/7.

Pets are welcome at the hotel at an extra fee. Please contact us for more info and inform us ahead in case you bring a pet with you.

All guests of the hotel can pre-arrange for umbrellas and sun lounges available at the beach in front of the hotel.

In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 40% of the total cost of your stay. Balance payment of 60% is paid 30 days before the reservation date.
Room prices do not include environmental tax (€5 per night), payable at the hotel on arrival.

Should you wish to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us. The following terms apply:
Absence of the guest at the hotel (no show): 100% of the total cost of reservation will be withheld.
Cancellation 0 - 15 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 60% of the total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
Cancellation 16 - 30 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 40% of total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
Cancellation more than 31 days before the arrival: Return of all sum of total cost of the reservation.
Early check-out will result in a 100% loss of the cost of the remaining nights.
