Nestled on a hill and far from the crowds are these three contemporary two-bedroom villas, with two of
them crafted into the hill on which they stand. Sleek, open-plan living areas lead out to large terraces to
soak up the endless turquoise Ionian Sea and nearby islands, all with infinity pools, barbecues and alfresco
dining areas. With fully equipped kitchens and plenty of space, there’s little reason to ever leave – but when
you finally manage to wrest yourself from your lounger, you’ll discover stunning beaches, mountain villages,
quaint taverns and vibrant night-life.

The lowermost villa offers contemporary design with a restful feel, complete with sea-view. 92 square
meters of living space provide the perfect location for a romantic getaway, family holiday or a get-together
of friends.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with water-dispenser, microwave, oven, induction stove,
Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and a kitchen island for effortless dining. The two modern en-suite
bedrooms with sumptuous beds open out onto the terrace, pool with it’s pool-loungers and outdoor dining
area.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
Excellent location, brand new fully equipped Villa, quiet setting with perfect view, nice swimming pool, very attentive staff. Highly recommended! We will revisit.
The whole plot is very nice and well maintained. Houses are equipped nicely and modern. Internet speed is excellent and reliable (not always the case on Greek Islands. Pool at Villa Gaia was a little small but OK. Privacy was well respected. The view on the villa on top is spectacular. Every time I've had any issue addressed to the service company I've received a reply in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and super responsive!!!

The villa is brand new and well equipped. there is no full sea view because of the trees and plants but is still enjoyble and quite. The pool is fine and the BBQ is great. The road is ok, better then many other location. We really enjoyed.

I was lucky enough to spend a couple of glorious days in this Greek haven last summer - views of the seascape breathtaking - hard to describe, best to experience for oneself! The villas are beautifully designed and furnished - comfort + luxury!
