Villa three, part of Faos Villas complex, approximately 60 square meters, is a hidden shelter around olive trees and colourful rocks.
Interior:
The house offers one bedroom and a bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests. We have created a unique dining room, by transforming the kitchen island into a cooking and eating meeting point since the kitchen hobs are surrounded by comfortable stools. A welcoming sofa with fluffy pillows has been placed against an entertainment center with a huge smart TV (55 inches) for movies and gaming.
Exterior:
In the outdoors, the time stops while enjoying the magnificent view from the sunbeds just next to the private infinity pool of approx. 30sqm. Large cozy dining area is at guest’s disposal, offering moments of relaxation, comfort, and unaffected luxury. In front of the house expands a large garden with access to olive trees, flowers, and herbs offering a perfect place to enjoy your favorite book accompanied with a glass of local wine.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of boooking cancellation, the property owner shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
a) More than 40 days before arrival: 3%- 5% of the total amount of booking if there are any transaction fees etc.
b) Within 40 days before the arrival date: 100% of the reservation price. All cancellations must be sent to us in writing by the signatory of the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY THE PROPERTY OWNER
In the unlikely event that the property owner is required to make alterations to confirmed arrangements, guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. If, due to circumstances beyond the property owner’s reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, technical issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), the booked property becomes unavailable, the property owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer an alternative property of similar or higher standard. Should such an alternative not be available, or should the guest decline the proposed alternative, the booking shall be cancelled and the property owner’s sole obligation shall be the refund of the amounts actually paid to the property owner for the accommodation. Under no circumstances shall the property owner be liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses incurred by the guest or any member of their party, including but not limited to travel expenses, transportation costs, loss of enjoyment, or third-party cancellation charges.
