THE BUILDINGS
The 4 bedroom villa comprises a Main Building and a Self-Contained Studio on the lower garden level. The Main Building, intriguingly designed by the owner, can accommodate 6 people. The newly built Guesthouse, on the lower garden level, has a double bed space, a lounge with a pull-out sofa bed (extra sleeping space), a kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a shower cabinet and a washing machine. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
MAIN BUILDING-LEVELS AND SPACES
The Main Building offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with modern elegance, featuring wood and stone elements. It spans three levels and features marble-style tiled floors in living areas, three bedrooms, one master bathroom, and two ensuites. The spacious layout is perfect for gatherings.
First Level - Ground floor
The living area and the kitchen are located in an open-plan layout. The lounge offers a sleek corner sofa, a fireplace and a wall-mounted 65-inch high-definition smart satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen features wooden benchtops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space. On the same level, the main bathroom which comes with a huge corner bathtub and a double basin vanity unit is a sanctuary of relaxation!
Second level -Mezzanine
The upper level which has direct access to the private patio hosts the dining area, complete with an extendable wooden table for up to ten people, and the first double bedroom. This bedroom provides a contemporary queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower cabinet.
Third Level-Top Floor
The top floor of the building features two more bedrooms. The first one, accessible via a spiral staircase from the mezzanine, boasts a modern king-sized bed, a built-in floor-to-ceiling closet, and a private full ensuite bathroom complete with a shower cabinet. The second bedroom has a separate staircase leading from the ground floor and two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have private balconies, providing a serene environment to relax.

PAYMENT TERMS
>Prices concern accommodation for up to 6 persons. For each extra person +55 euros/night.
>Travellers pay a booking deposit to book
>Due at time of booking: 30% (Bank Transfer). Balance paid upon the arrival

CANCELLATION TERMS:
>Guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancellation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
>All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided their stay is at least 60 days away.
