Viento Villa 2 with amazing view to Lefkada, just 5 minutes drive away

Only 10 minutes from the centre of Lefkada town, in the northwest point of Aetolia-Acarnania, on a hill with main characteristics the green scenery and panoramic view of the Ionian sea, the Viento complex is located.

The area has been given the name ''Anemas'' due to the chill wind that whiffles from the top of the hill towards the sea. The villas were built in the summer of 2022 with the help and curation of a new accomplished team of architects and decorators. They incorporated natural materials from the area to make 3 independent villas that provide guests with all the modern comforts of a holiday home, fully harmonized with the natural environment.

The villa is a 120 sqm building that can accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor there is a living room and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen providing you with everything you might need as well as a WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

All the villas have spacious verandas and garden where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the sea view that stretches from Preveza all the way to the western shores of Lefkada.

You can also enjoy your swim in your private swimming pool that each villa provides. In addition you can organise unique BBQ nights with your friends and family with the highlight of the day being the breathtaking Ionian sunset that creates idyllic shades across the horizon.
