Villa (semi-detached) in Nidri area, Lefkada, 1500 meters from the sea
Our 3 bedroom Villa Ventalia, situated a few minutes away from Nikiana village, is built with a traditional interior design offering endless panoramic sea view over the East side of Lefkada island!
The large private pool along with the spacious outdoor area which is mainly covered in grass, makes it an ideal place for families with kids!
The villa has 3 floors and all of the rooms offer a view to the outdoor area! When you enter the villa, you find yourself in the ground floor, there is a big space that is shared between the big living room and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. The living room with its window doors offers sea and immediate access to the pool and the outdoor area! The sofa bed in the living room can be converted in a double bed sized 1.40x1.90m, making it a comfortable bed for an extra 2 guests! There is also a bathroom with a WC.
Through a stairway you find find yourself on the 1st floor, at the spacious master bedroom, with a double queen sized bed, a fireplace, a mini fridge, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. You also have access to the balcony where you can relax and gaze at the breathtaking view!
At the 2nd floor, you will find another 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds as well, a mini fridge in one of the bedrooms and also a bathroom with shower which is shared and it's located between the 2 bedrooms.
The panoramic view from the 2nd floor will be something that will stay in your mind forever!
OUTSIDE
On the outside area of the property, you can enjoy yourselves in the private pool area while the children can play either in the pool, or in the spacious area covered with lawn.
For the much needed shade during the morning, you can hide under the beautifully designed pergola, or under the large sun umbrella!
There is also Gas BBQ in the area, so you can enjoy your meals at the outside dining table!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
The view from the villa was spectacular and so peaceful. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and good working air conditioning. The area is very quiet and not overlooked. We had such a relaxing week and loved exploring Lefkada. I would recommend a car as the villa is not walkable to local shops/restaurants and we explored a lot of the island with our car. The owner George was so kind and generous, he left us fruit, cakes and drinks. We would definitely book this villa again.
We stayed here for 7 days – 7 adults and a baby – and everything was absolutely wonderful! The view from the terrace is breathtaking, the rooms are quite spacious, and you’ll find everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s also a barbecue outside, and they kindly provided a baby crib for us. Each room has air conditioning, which was a big plus. The gentleman who takes care of the property is incredibly kind and helpful – he brought us fresh watermelon, juices, water, and later even a whole bag of sausages for the grill! The pool is large and always clean, and there are several outdoor spaces where you can enjoy your meals on the terrace. We truly felt at home and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ventalia. The villa is beautiful and has everything you might need. The pool is great, super clean and large enough for a proper swim! The bedrooms, balconies and garden have incredible views of the beautiful sea and mountains behind. The location is peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of Nidri town (10 min drive), plenty of beaches (nearest is 10 min drive and there are many more also close by) and Lefkada town (20 min drive). The host and check-in representative were both so friendly and accommodating. We had a mid-stay clean which was fantastic, and the pool was cleaned daily. We have fallen in love with Lefkada and Villa Ventalia was the perfect base for our holiday. Thank you! We hope to return to this beautiful island, and Villa Ventalia, soon!

We spent a beautiful week here with our 4 children. Everything is wonderful. Of course, the pool was the best experience for the children. But the entire villa is beautiful, clean, spacious, equipped with everything you might need on vacation. The approach is better from the south. A car is required. The owner is kind and helpful. Pool cleaning every morning. Administration with the office is amazingly simple, flexible and fast. Everything can be arranged and discussed online or by phone. The view of the sea cannot be described, it has to be seen :)

Arriving at Villa Ventalia you are immediately presented with the most phenomenal views of the island. We never tired of them as we sat out enjoying morning coffees, pool time and evening bbqs. The villa was well equipped and provided a great base for both chilled days in the sun enjoying the pool and sun loungers, or heading out for a day of exploring the island. I would definitely recommend having a car though. The owner himself, George was a real delight and ensured the pool was cleaned early everyday. The additional extras/gifts were such a lovely gesture and added a real personal touch to our stay. We stayed as a group of 8 - 4 adults, 4 young children and felt like we had plenty of space within the villa and outside space. Lefkada was a real beauty and we had a wonderful summer holiday. Definitely would recommend villa ventalia if you are lucky enough to find availability!
Am stat 7 nopti în această vilă. Personalul este foarte prietenos si te ajută cu absolut tot ce îi ceri. Locul de parcare este acoperit, curtea este superbă. Camere sunt foarte mari. Exista aer condiționat în toata casa. Dacă doriți să gătiți aveți tot ce este nevoie. Wi-Fi foarte bun. Sunt multe lucruri bune de spus. Totul este superb! Recomand!

The sea view is incredible. The garden is a great place for our babies to play safely. The house really has everything, beautiful and comfortable rooms and spotless. It was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had
