Upper Level

The main villa beside the pool hosts up to 6 guests, with seamless indoor–outdoor flow and sweeping views of the Ionian Sea. This is the heart of the property—the main pool area where most moments naturally unfold.

Lower Level

A private retreat for up to 4 guests, ideal for quiet moments and independence. An outdoor staircase connects the two levels, embracing the open-air spirit of Greek summer living.

Please note that an additional 15€/day enviromental tax should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. Kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.

Any cancellation must be sent in written and the cancellation fee is as follows:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Stayed for a week in the villa, which was perfect for our family vacation. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Quiet and beautiful, good size pool, good parking space, and well equipped inside. The outdoor BBQ station was a pleasant surprise as well. Perhaps often overlooked, the small ramp by the ocean was an easy way to get a swim in the clear salt water, and we really appreciated this feature of the villa. Very lovely and helpful staff, answering questions by e-mail quickly and also assisted us with a stacked fridge of groceries and beverages at our arrival, saving time for us. Cleaning midway during the week and even left some free of charge ice cream in the freezer for us. The area is a fair distance from the big and famous beaches, so prepare for some time driving if you want to explore the island from this point. The road to the villa is narrow, as most of the island, and partially dirt road. With little traffic, this worked out fine without much hassle.

We were a family group of 7 and Villa Karavi was perfect for a birthday celebration week. The views are stunning and the villa has everything required for a comfortable holiday. To some people, it may feel slightly isolated, but we preferred being away from the main tourist areas and the local port, Sivota, was only a few minutes away by car. Our host kept in regular contact with us and accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out. I have travelled to a number of Greek islands and I can highly recommend Lefkada and Karavi Villa.

Beautiful setting, only 10 minutes drive to Sivota which had everything we needed. Sparkling pool and quick walk down to the sea . Very comfortable and airconditioned. Communication excellent with the team starting with the booking process, check in and check out. Highly recommend it.

A fabulous seaside house with magnificent views of the water, the boats and neighbouring islands. It feels as if you are on the bow of a ship, and could swim from the infinity pool straight into the sea below. The house is large, well equipped, complete with large Greek-style coal bbq. Outdoors is where you will spend your time, by the pool or down the steps to the swim platform, just looking at the view. Any queries are met immediately and with a smile.
