"Amadryades villas" is a complex of three independent stone-made villas. Villa Terina is the second villa of the complex and is ideal for romantic or family vacation.
Designed and built with a lot of taste, you will be impressed by the villa’s architecture and traditional style. Stone and lumber are two elements that coexist and create an excellent aesthetic result. Their amphitheatrical location and their excellent positioning ensure a view you will never forget.

Villa Terina is a two story villa and is 80m2. The villa can host up to 6 people and is offered for happy family vacation. The stone floors, the visible roof and the balcony dominate the place and stand out in the property. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite Jacuzzi hydro-massage bathrooms, 1 common WC in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen combined with dinning area and sitting room. Two extra people can sleep in one king-size double sofa bed.

Specifically, the first floor consists of a bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, the kitchen, dining room area, sitting room and the WC.
From the living room and sitting area you can overlook the pool and sea. Day or night, the pool is the gathering spot for everyone giving away fun time unforgettable moments.

The private pool area gives a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea and invites you to relax outside with friends or family. The stunning sunsets with their wide range of colours will offer unforgettable magical moments and the high-end balcony will make you feel that you are hoovering above the sea.

The second floor is consisted of the second bedroom with its ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage Jacuzzi bath tub.

The spacious bedrooms with a king size beds will ensure a comfortable relaxing sleep and the jacuzzi hydromassage bathtubs will add a little extra luxury to your stay.

There is also a garden and a playground in the complexes' common space. As well as a secure parking area!

The villa is located in the verdant and quiet environment of the traditional Greek village of Hortata on the west coast of Lefkas. Being on the west coast offers you the opportunity to visit all the famous and amazing beaches of Lefkada island, such as porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Kathisma (7 km away), Milos beach etc.

• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Great patio with unheated pool where you can watch amazing sunsets every night. The interior needs updating to brighten it up and make it more comfortable. We found the mattresses very hard. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Such an incredible villa, so quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by nature and stunning veiws. The pool was great and so clean as was the villa. Es waren traumhaft schöne Tage in Chortata. Ganz besonderer Dank gilt der guten Seele, Kostas!!! Er lebt vor Ort, ist immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich um alles. Allein er hat besonders 5 Sterne verdient. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. Hiermit hat man die schönsten Strände in rund 20-30 Minuten erreicht. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Terina. Amazing sunsets, great set up for a family of 5. Pool was great. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Terina. The only drawback was that our Vodophone cell phones had no reception but the Wifi worked perfect and we could make app calls. 10 out of 10 got our family 🎉🎉🎉🎉. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in der Villa Terina mit unseren beiden Kindern (4 und 10 Monate)! Der Pool und der Ausblick haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Küchenausstattung war ein bisschen spartanisch, aber wenn man ein wenig improvisiert, ist es kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend! Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr sehr nett. Sie hat uns geholfen, ein Boot zu mieten und als unsere Tochter über Ohrenschmerzen klagte, bot sie uns direkt Hilfe an! Ruhig und idyllisch, unweit von den top Stränden der Insel. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen. Ruhige Lage. Ein kleines Dorf mit Minimarkt und Tavernen ist in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen.
