OUTSIDE:
A steep drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the apartments. Situated of different levels, natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs and climbers surround each apt. to create privacy.

The two apartments share the same swimming pool with villas Spartos & Morias (12m x 6m, 0,8 -2,00 depth).

Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, including changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and internet.

Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh the cost is 0.45 Euros / kWh.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED: One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Children may use the children pool at the big shared pool.

PETS : Pets are allowed on request.

Unless stated otherwise in the Booking Confirmation, the payment policy is as follows:

Advance Payment: 20% of the total reservation price is due within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable after March 1st each year.

Balance Payment: The remaining 80% is due 15 days prior to arrival and is strictly non-refundable.
