Three generously sized en-suite guest bedrooms, including a family room with a double bed and bunk bed, offer comfort and privacy. A guest WC is also located on this level.

Upper Level:
Ascend to the upper level to discover the epitome of luxury in the master en-suite bedroom. Indulge in panoramic views from your private balcony, either relaxing in the jacuzzi or soaking up the sun on the expansive sundeck, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The is a wide variety of bars and restaurants, the most popular spot is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.

Payment:

In order to confirm your chosen arrangement, 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance due one month before arrival date.
If the service provider does not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time, the service provider is entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking.
The price you pay for your arrangement includes gas, water, electricity, internet and air conditioning.

Changes or Cancellation by the Guest:

Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed arrangement, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee to meet any such requests. Where such changes can be made, an amendment fee will be payable together with any costs incurred. A change of check in date will normally be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and rebooking in which case cancellation charges will apply. Changes may result in the recalculation of the price of your arrangement where, for example, the basis on which the price of the original arrangement was calculated has changed.
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your arrangement at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the party leader and is communicated to us in writing by email. You should have travel insurance to cover against cancellation risk.
