Villa Panorea is a wonderful villa with a private swimming pool, into the nature with amazing view of Geni bay.
Newly opened in 2017, it is a three story villa (160 sq/m), built and equipped to the highest standards with four bedrooms which provides great accommodation up to 8 persons.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living with sofa (which transforms easily into a regular double bed) and dining area, Plasma TV, free WiFi internet and fully equipped kitchen with fitted oven, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer etc. There is also a unique designed bathroom with very spacious shower and a washing machine.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a bedroom with a double or two single beds, a bedroom with a double or two single beds. A spacious bathroom with bathtub located in the middle of the bedrooms.

The third floor is a studio apartment style with timber-lined cathedral ceiling, an open living, fireplace, dining, fully equipped kitchen with fitted oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, etc. and a bathroom. The villa has been designed to give privacy to studio apartment room in the case of separate families sharing during their stay.
All bedrooms have wardrobe and balcony with breathtaking sea view, also every balcony is equipped with comfortable garden furniture.
All rooms are air-conditioned and there are insect screens in all doors and windows.

The house offers a beautiful garden, a pool area with sun beds and umbrellas, a big patio with garden furniture and a BBQ area. Private parking is provided. All the balconies, the veranda and the whole pool area have magnificent view of Geni bay.

The distance from beautiful beach ‘’Desimi’’ is only 1km and 4km from cosmopolitan Nidri. Also the restaurants are only few meters from the villa and the mini market is 300m away.
The distance from Lefkas city is 18km and 45km away from the airport of Aktio.
