Villa “Sofia” at Evridiki's villas, extends in two floors total of 80m2. The ground floor (40m2) consists of kitchen, bathroom and living room with fireplace and convertible sofa, which can accommodate two people.
An interior staircase leads to the first floor (40m2) which consists of two bedrooms, one of them with double bed and bathroom with shower and the other with two single beds and bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub.
The verandas on both floors overlook the garden and swimming pool and offer the opportunity to a magnificent side view of Agios Nikitas village and bay.
It offers a private swimming pool and surroundings for private and relaxing vacation.
It is ideal for family with grown children, two couples or group of up to six friends.
(The 5th and 6th guest have a daily charge of 20 each)

The complex is located 150m away from the pedestrian and 350m from the beach of Agios Nikitas. Someone can easily reach the village and return, as the way is not steep. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the beach can be reached on foot.
Cancellation Policy : Flexible Rate. Bank deposit 30% of the total amount. The amount can not be less than the charge of one night.
Free cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival. The full amount is refundable. If the cancellation is made within 30 days to arrival, the deposit is non refundable
