This spacious villa boasts three elegantly designed bedrooms and 3.5 baths, offering a harmonious ambience for a truly comfortable stay. The ground floor features a generous open-plan dining and living area, complete with cozy sofas, an inviting fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the living space, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private entrance provides added privacy. An additional WC and the laundry room complete the ground floor.

On the first floor, you'll find two expansive bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds (can be connected to form a double bed). Both bedrooms offer access to a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

Step outside to your private oasis, where a sparkling swimming pool awaits, complete with sunbeds and dining seating, BBQ and parking space. The small chapel adds a unique touch, all while overlooking the breathtaking blue waters of the Ionian Sea.
