Ground Floor
Upon entering the villa, you’ll be greeted by a small, fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with access to the outdoor area and a dining area, perfect for bringing people together. The ground floor also features two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to the veranda. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a guest bathroom located under the marble stairs. The ground floor also includes amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, microwave, oven, and coffee machine.

First Floor
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This upper bedroom has access to two different balconies with stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the Spartochori village.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area
Villa Eleni also boasts its own private swimming pool (9.5m x 4.5m, with a depth of 0.80m-1.50m) surrounded by a stone terrace. There is also an integrated children’s pool area that can be used as a jacuzzi for adults, complete with four refreshing jet spas. The front of the house features a veranda that connects to the swimming pool’s terrace, a great spot to enjoy meals and social gatherings. There is also a BBQ facility and parking space located at the main door of the villa.

Area: Close to Spartochori, tavernas and markets at walking distance, 10 minute with car to the village of Vathy

House rules: Smoking not allowed inside, Parties not allowed, Pets not allowed.

Payment terms: 30% advance payment(downpayment), 70% payment until 30 days before check-in day.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation free of charge for 40 days before check-in, else advance payment (30%) is charged.
