Maisonette Agioklima: An elegant stone Villa with indoor pool / jacuzzi

This is a group of old renovated houses, built in the late 19th century.
Back then, 10 families used to occupy them. Today, they have been converted into houses, maisonettes, apartments with pool and an independent villa with a private pool. In total, they can accommodate around 30 persons.
Built in a special spot and in such a way, so that they offer an unlimited view of the horizon, where the sky, the sea and the olive trees mingle together....
The houses are built on a hill slope at the edge of the village "Katouna", one of the most beautiful on the island of Lefkada.
Each house has its own unique style, decorated with elegant antiques, gravures and everyday use items from the last century.
Upon arrival you will find delicatessen or Lefkada's local wine, waiting for you.
A perfect combination of yesterday's glamour and simplicity with today's comforts.

MAISONETTE AGIOKLIMA
A rebuilted two - level house at the border of the village that can be used as a single house or two completely separate houses with its individual bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms.
Decorated with antiques and a chic sense of luxury with a private outdoor pool at Agrabeli's garden or an indoor pool builted on the rock of Agioklima, these two houses constitutes the perfect choise for the passenger who is trying to find his own shelter to the unique nature of Lefkada!

* Rates are in Euro for two persons, 15% additional charge for each
extra person.
* Rates include fresh home cooked breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
1. If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the arrival, deposit is
refunded to the client.
2. If cancellation is affected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the
date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay.
3. In case of cancellation during the stay, client should compensate the
company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay.
