Spacious modern villa in Nikiana village

The villa is located in the village of Nikiana, on the east side of the island, nestled in an olive grove just 250 meters from the sea. Despite its proximity to the beach, the villa offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The outdoor area features a BBQ, a 30m² swimming pool with a hydromassage, and private parking space.

Inside, the first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, one bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can accommodate two children.

On the second floor, you’ll find another bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if preferred, as well as an armchair that converts into a single bed for one person. There’s also a balcony and a terrace on the second floor, where you can enjoy beautiful mountain views.
