On the ground floor is a large open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. These rooms are particularly well appointed with comfortable sofas.

The kitchen has all modern conveniences and all other necessary equipment. French Windows lead to the balcony, where is one table with 4 chairs, suitable for breakfast, lunch & dinner, with spectacular views over the sea - a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite toilette and shower room. Double doors from the bedroom lead out onto the terrace with its breathtaking views.

On the upper level, is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Double doors lead out onto a private balcony where guests can enjoy the most spectacular of views. In both bedrooms there are ceiling fans.

Outside, there are well stocked and tended gardens with a 35 m² swimming pool overlooking the sea. The spacious patio with its dining area is a perfect place for enjoying leisurely meals.

For smaller group of persons, the rates are lower.
