Ionian Calm Villas | Green Villa 2 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool

Welcome to our exclusive private two-bedroom villa, ideally located on the stunning Ammousso Bay, one of the most beautiful coastal spots in Lefkada. Bright, elegant, and full of character, this charming villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay and the islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca from every corner of the house.
All rooms feature traditional vaulted ceilings, typical of the region, and are sea-facing, allowing natural light and the soothing blue of the Ionian Sea to flow throughout the interiors. The sea is just a few steps away, making this villa a true waterfront retreat.
The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed to offer multiple spaces for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can unwind by the private infinity pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area, relax in the lounge set, read a book in the cozy reading nook, or sway gently in the hammock while admiring the views.
The villa is surrounded by traditional stone fences that enclose a beautifully landscaped garden, home to 200-year-old olive trees and vibrant bougainvillea bushes, creating a serene and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
